About the role:

We are looking for a driven and reliable IT professional to work with our partner who is a big operator in the healthcare industry. You will play a key role in ensuring that they continuously have incredible support in terms of IT administration and software related projects.

Your responsibilities are:

  • Troubleshoot, diagnose and provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support solutions.
  • Communicate with clients to schedule and coordinate remote support or onsite support as needed.
  • Manage helpdesk ticket support system including creating, maintaining, and resolving tickets in a prompt and efficient manner.
  • Set up, install and configure various I.T software, hardware and other peripherals which may also include Telecommunications.
  • Install and maintain software applications, including updates and patches.
  • Perform regular system maintenance and ensure data backups are up to date.
  • Keep up-to-date documentation of IT processes, procedures, and configurations.
  • Strong C/C++ , Python knowledge, MySQL
  • Design and architect software at subsystem or component level
  • Implement designs within the simulation engine, or within the visual engine (or both!) with awareness of customer requirements and product roadmap
  • Take responsibility for the testing (and unit testing) of your own code and others
  • Balance the formal processes required for high quality software development with the rapid and flexible approaches appropriate for an evolving product that is leading the market.
  • Lead others, whether formally or informally, in process, quality, state-of-the-art techniques, and contribute to an environment of continuous learning (compatible with your experience)
  • Have the ability to work autonomously, but also collaborate with others when appropriate.
  • Embrace technical challenges and problems that have never been solved before, offering multiple solutions and recommendations based on your evaluation of them.

Get this opportunity if you have:

  • Minimum 2 years of providing Level 1 and/or Level 2 technical support
  • At least one year of experience working as a developer in any programming language. Skills in VBA, Python and MySQL is highly desirable.
  • Experience with using Microsoft 365 Business core applications and cloud offerings including; Office Suite software, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Teams as a platform.
  • Experience with HP & Microsoft Surface Hardware
  • Experience with Networking with LAN, DNS, IP, Wi-fi, Routing and Firewalling
  • Experience with Microsoft Software - Windows 10\11 & Apple environments, including Mac OS, iOS
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 Administration & Support
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
  • Proficiency in using ticketing systems and managing IT requests.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to maintain accurate documentation.

What happens after you submit your application?

The whole process takes around 4 weeks:

  • There will be 3-4 interviews and a possible assessment from our client partner. You will undergo an initial interview, a culture interview, and 1-2 interviews with our cool client. This will run for about 1-2 weeks but we will let you know if we need to ramp it up. Be yourself and have fun.
  • We will constantly communicate with you as to the development of your application. You can also directly communicate with us to ask us about the status of your application.
  • If all goes well, we complete the reference check and provide other necessary requirements so we can offer you the job right away.
